Fashion is one of my favorite things.
Modest, classy fashion, that is! I am the only girl at our house, with two younger brothers, so I have a closet full of clothes all to myself. But the finishing touch is what I’m excited to tell you about today… jewelry! I wear dangly earrings almost every day. And when I’m not, I’m wearing my sparkly ‘diamond’ studs, (heh. I wish.) pearl studs, or dainty little flower studs.
Earrings are the best way, in my opinion, to add just the right feel to an outfit.
Not to mention how they help draw the eye to your smiling face, where your true beauty – your special and unique personality – shines bright! But earrings are just a part of it. For the right occasion, a lovely necklace or beautiful bracelet can add that perfect touch as well.
So, you want to add some jewelry to your accessory collection. But where to get it?
Jewelry prices these days are outrageous, in my opinion. Who wants to spend $20 on a pair of fairly cheaply made earrings? Not me! The cheaper stuff tends to tarnish and wear out quickly. Broken baubles = boo-hoo!
Here’s the answer: Make your own jewelry!
Not only will the quality be nicer, but you have endless customization options. Your jewelry will be totally unique, and exactly what you want! The best part? it will cost you about 75%-95% less than buying it in the stores. I don’t think I have to say what a great gift option hand made jewelry is, either!
But how do you learn to make your own jewelry?
I think what intimidates most people is the thought that making your own jewelry is going to be hard. I am here to tell you that making your own jewelry is not only fun, it’s easy.Trust me, I know.
I started making my own jewelry when I was six years old. Of course, my stuff was a little – um – simpler, back then! But today, I’m still making my own jewelry–and selling it too!
I wanted to share how fun and easy it is to create jewelry with other people, so I wrote down all my secrets. took step-by-step pictures, and put them all into one easy place: a set of 3 eBooks that will tell you exactly how to start making your own jewelry today!
If you are curious and ready to start making your own jewelry, you can get these eBooks for $4.95 apiece as instant downloads on my website.

I love making jewelry! I also starting making it when I was very young. Your designs are so beautiful, and I would love to own your ebooks and learn some of your tips. 😉
I’ve made my own jewelry, but I could definitely use more guidance. 🙂
Thanks for the giveaway!
I’ve tried making a few pieces but haven’t finished many things, and I’m scared to wear jewelry very much with babies and toddlers. If homemade jewelry is home-repairable, that would be awesome. And I never spend money on jewelry (but I do on hobbies), so I’d love to expand my options by making my own pieces!
I made very simple jewelry when I was little, but I haven’t done anything recently…I really want to, though! Thank you for this giveaway! 🙂
I made some jewelry when I was very young but haven’t tried anything in recent years. I love the idea of making my own though!
I have made a few bracelets. I love to accessorize, so it’s cool to have jewelry that matches my outfits.
I have made my own jewelry, but not anything too elaborate.
I have made my own jewelry, some earrings and a few necklaces.
I have never made my own jewelry, but wish I could. I love DIY and wish I could find a few select pieces that matched many of my outfits. Making them would be the best choice!
“Have you ever made your own jewelry?”
Yes, I have made bracelets (nothing complicated) and I convert pre-made pierced earrings to clip on earrings.
I made plastic jewelry with kits a lot as a kid. Lately I’ve tried several ideas off Pinterest to make nail polish pendants, dictionary word pendants, and birds’ nest necklaces. Nobody can believe they’re handmade! I love them 🙂 I’m thinking of opening an Etsy shop, for those and some other things I make.
I love making my own jewelry! Once you get started, it’s rather addicting. 🙂 I make it as gifts for my friends and female family too. Where, and how, do you enter the giveaway though?
The Rafflecopter has been added now! Enter away. 🙂
Thanks!
Will the winners be announced, or have they just been notified?
Wait, did you extend its hours?
I took a look at Julia’s collections and they are absolutely stunning. I would love to glean from her knowledge. How do i enter the giveaway?
One of my sister-in-laws often makes us jewelery and it’s beautiful! I’d love to be able to make my own!
